Unlike traditional 'crush bend' tubing that kink and collapse in the bend and cause restrictions, bottle necks and reduced exhaust scavenging and flow, mandrel bent piping maintains an even diameter all the way through the pipe allowing optimal flow.

Works extremely well for intercooler, intake pipe or exhaust fabrication. Stainless steel is lighter, has a better resonance frequency, will not rust and is far more durable than other steels while still being easy to weld to many other components with common welding tools.

These 45/180 bends are designed to be cut into segments to create custom piping for your project. This can be used to make two 90s and a 45 or 5 45s and so on.
