Aluminum conducts heat better and is less susceotible to damage or corrosion from warping or cracking. It also allows for smaller and denser fins with wider channels improving flow and heat dissipation significantly. All of our radiators feature fully welded tanks so there is much less chance of leaking and failure compared to traditional plastic tank radiators. Multiple cores also increase coolant capacity and allow for up to 45% 17" x 2"

This radiator is a heavy duty design with a cooling capacity increased about 40% over the  standard radiator
The core of the radiator is welded in vacuum brazing furnace with no epoxy like other competitors. The tanks are 100% welded by TIG.
